Fragile pretty mat

I’m honestly disappointed with the purchase. I was definitely expecting more from this mat because of its price. It really looks very nice, unlike most of the baby mat on the market. But it’s really fragile. I took some pictures to share but it doesn’t give me the option to upload. It was lightly used in our guest room but somehow it got multiple “cuts” that are now darkened and impossible to clean. We don’t have any pets and our toddler never dig/scratch on them. It’s really not durable from normal use of it.

Perfect Softness

I was a little nervous this may not be as cushiony as I was looking for but it’s perfect for padding my wild baby’s tumbles and falls. Unrolled easily and the ends smoothed out quickly. Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service. Not worth your money.

I ordered this mat on November 19th. It just arrived on December 7th. They sent the wrong mat-not even close to what I ordered. I contacted the company to tell them about the delay. Then contacted them again to tell them the wrong mat was sent. They told me I can get another one shipped to me only after I return the wrong mat. They only continued the inconvenience for me having to ship the wrong mat back to them bedsore even sending another. I’m still without a mat. For a foam mat that cost me $127.96? This is beyond ridiculous.
